Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 6d8f744ae6 Interpreter: Don't rely on the host to keep a NaN's sign in vsgn
vsgn takes the sign of s - t, and a NaN's sign counts (cpu/vfpu/specials).
RISC-V's subtraction always makes the positive canonical NaN, so there vsgn
of a negative NaN gave 1 instead of -1, unlike the PSP and the IR cores.
