LoadS8Norm and friends read four bytes through a u32 pointer. On ARM32
the compiler turns that into a NEON load that requires 4-byte alignment,
and 8-bit positions can sit at any byte offset in a vertex, so
TestBoundingBoxFast could crash with SIGBUS (seen in a unit test on an
S8+ in 32-bit mode).
