Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 480ebbe601 VFPU: vfim converts its half float like vh2f ...

As on hardware (cpu/vfpu/vfim), a denormal half becomes a signed zero,
and inf and NaN keep their mantissa bits in place. The interpreter got
denormals half their value, the IR the IEEE one.
