Henrik Rydgård 34473fc621 Add a compat flag to map some extra memory at address 0.
Can be used to work around certain types of crashes without having to
disable fast memory.

Henrik Rydgård db1b87aad1 Remove DirectSound support
Since we no longer support pre-Vista Windows, DirectSound support is no
longer needed. WASAPI is always going to be best.

Soon I'll upgrade our WASAPI backend with a new low-latency mode.

Henrik Rydgård 59a56d66c7 Add a "reason" argument to sleep_ms().
sleep_ms() should generally be avoided when possible. This can be used to try
to track down unnecessary sleeps by adding some logging.

This commit on its own doesn't actually add any logging.
