SoftGPU: Pick the span function by blend kind, and decide the vector path once

The span functions come in three blend kinds (none, source alpha over the
destination, and the general one), and states with logic ops or signed blend
factors get the pixel at a time function up front instead of checking per
span. 4.5% fewer instructions in God of War.
