__ReleaseSubIntrHandler erased every pending entry for the sub-interrupt,
including the one at the front, which is the handler that's running. A
handler releasing its own sub-interrupt then left
__KernelReturnFromInterrupt popping an empty list (or the next entry),
which is undefined behaviour and fits Play reports crashing in free under
it on 32-bit. Skip the front entry while in an interrupt, as
__CancelRaisedInterrupts already does.
