GenerateX64VfpuDot() is the x86-64 counterpart of GenerateArm64VfpuDot(): the
same integer version of vfpu_dot(), preserving every register but the flags,
with inf and NaN operands going to vfpu_dot_reference(). A dest lane inside a
source Vec4 still takes the generic fallback, like Vec4Dot does.
