FCvtWS always went to the IR interpreter. Both now convert in the
current rounding mode, which ApplyRoundingMode keeps at the game's, as
x64 does. RISC-V's FCVT already saturates and gives INT_MAX for NaN;
LoongArch patches NaN to INT_MAX like its FRound.
