Henrik RydgårdandClaude Fable 5.1 d887e4a8ae Android: Release the camera if starting it fails ...

If startCamera threw after Camera.open (no usable preview size, say),
mIsCameraRunning stayed false, and pause() only releases a running camera.
So it was held until the process died, locked for every other app. Release
it on failure, and before opening it again.
