Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 4f80e5c1db Ad hoc: Options to simulate a slow network on the relay ...

--adhoc-delay, --adhoc-jitter and --adhoc-loss (AdhocSimDelayMs,
AdhocSimJitterMs and AdhocSimLossPercent in the ini) hold datagrams
received through the relay in a queue until their simulated arrival
time, or drop them, to see how a game copes with a distant player.
With a 50 ms delay on both instances, a PDP round trip in pspautotests
net/adhoc/pair/timing takes 103 ms instead of 3 ms. PTP isn't delayed
yet.
