Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 d8655d8810 Android: Build the bundled zlib in the ndk-build build too ...

The NDK's zlib is too old for uncompress2(), which the PSAR unpacker now uses,
so link ext/zlib like the CMake build already does on Android. It's linked
whole, since the prebuilt FFmpeg libraries come after it on the link line and
libavformat uses it too.
