Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 a64d590c94 XMB: Show it in Recents, with an icon and its firmware version as the title ...

The XMB (vshmain.prx) was kept out of Recents because it had no icon. Now
the game list shows it as "XMB 6.61" (the installed firmware's version, from
its version.txt), with an abstract XMB icon in white on blue, and the window
title says the same instead of "Unidentified PSP title".
