On the PSP, lanes past the vector size where both the S and T prefixes are
constants add their product to vdot, and an S constant there is added in by vfad
and vavg (cpu/vfpu/prefix_lanes). The interpreter does that; the IR dropped those
lanes. Such prefixes are rare, so the IR leaves them to the interpreter.
