Buzz! Master Quiz converts its question videos (sceMpegBaseCscAvcRange) straight into the middle of the frame it has drawn, at 84,69. The framebuffer upload only matched writes starting at a framebuffer's address, so the hardware backends never showed the video. To get to 100% compatibility, we will need a software renderer as there are games out there that do tricks that can't really be faked in a sensible way. Useful for homebrew too that mix sw and accel rendering.
