Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 08c1a6907a Don't chmod existing parent directories in CreateFullPath ...

CreateDir's "repair" of existing directories ran for every component
CreateFullPath walked through, so creating any directory under the
user's home made the home directory itself group-writable (775). That
breaks zsh's compinit ("insecure directories") among other things.

Only repair the permissions of the target directory itself, when it
already exists.
