get-debloated-pkgs.sh hits the GitHub API unauthenticated, so on shared
runner IPs it gets 403 rate limit, sleeps 10 minutes and fails. It uses
GITHUB_TOKEN when set. The pkgforge pacman mirror also drops downloads
now and then, which failed the whole job.
