Wires up sceUsbMic on iOS the same way Android's OpenSL ES path works:
Microphone::startMic/stopMic/isHaveDevice route through
System_MicrophoneCommand/System_AudioRecordingIsAvailable, backed by the
existing RemoteIO AudioUnit in iOSCoreAudio.mm (mono 16-bit PCM capture on
bus 1, forwarded to Microphone::addAudioData). Requests mic permission via
AVAudioSession and switches to PlayAndRecord while active.
