Built in the same job, uploaded with the PPSSPP AppImage and attached to releases. Its .zsync isn't shipped, since already-installed PPSSPP AppImages update from any *<arch>.AppImage.zsync in the release. The PPSSPP AppImage's own pattern now starts with PPSSPP- for the future.
