Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 d0e3141f43 FFmpeg: Vendor what PPSSPP uses into ext/ffmpeg, drop the submodule 
The ffmpeg submodule held prebuilt libraries for every platform next to the
sources (about 1.5 GB checked out), and nothing uses those any more. Only the
needed sources are copied in, from the submodule's commit, along with every
header and template they include. The path is new, so checking out commits on
either side of this works.

It's also cut down to what PPSSPP uses: the H.264, AAC, MP3, ATRAC3 and ATRAC3+
decoders, the H.264 parser, the demuxers as before, and the FFV1 encoder, AVI
muxer and file protocol for AVI dumping. config.h takes its CONFIG_ values from
FFmpeg 3.0.2's own configure run with just those enabled. The raw H.264 demuxer
stays even though nothing opens raw H.264: probing PSMF data uses it to identify
the video stream's codec, which otherwise comes out as none.

On top of that:
- The files nothing links (configure would build them, but they're never pulled
  out of the static library, going by the GCC link map) are left out: mostly
  libavutil's crypto and hashing and the alternative DCT/IDCT/FFT versions.
- libswresample isn't built, now that nothing uses it.
- The H.264 decoder only does 8-bit video, which is all the PSP has. The SPS
  parser rejects any other bit depth, and the DSP files no longer build their 9-
  to 16-bit variants, which the linker kept because the init functions pick one
  by bit depth at run time.

That's 160 files to compile instead of 277, and 391 of FFmpeg's vendored, about
5.8 MB. The README in ext/ffmpeg has what was done, the PPSSPP patches in the
copy, how to add a component, and the tradeoffs.

Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 b0d2f8c92b CI: Check out only the FFmpeg sources, not the prebuilt libraries 
Every build compiles FFmpeg now, so the per-platform library paths are gone, and
the Alpine job no longer builds it with the old script.

Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 ba54d88d16 AppImage: Also package PPSSPPHeadless, as an AppImage of its own 
Built in the same job, uploaded with the PPSSPP AppImage and attached to
releases. Its .zsync isn't shipped, since already-installed PPSSPP
AppImages update from any *<arch>.AppImage.zsync in the release. The
PPSSPP AppImage's own pattern now starts with PPSSPP- for the future.

Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 428e9c90dc CI: Retry AppImage pacman installs, authenticate debloated-pkgs downloads 
get-debloated-pkgs.sh hits the GitHub API unauthenticated, so on shared
runner IPs it gets 403 rate limit, sleeps 10 minutes and fails. It uses
GITHUB_TOKEN when set. The pkgforge pacman mirror also drops downloads
now and then, which failed the whole job.

Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 4a8d130631 SDL text: Reorder mixed-direction text with FriBidi 
SDL3_ttf shapes a whole string in one direction, guessed from its first
character, so a Latin run inside Hebrew text (or a Hebrew run inside
English) came out reversed - "PPSSPP Gold" rendered as "PPSSPP dloG".
When a string mixes directions, reorder each line into visual order with
FriBidi and render it left-to-right. Strings in a single direction are
left to SDL3_ttf, which already handles pure Hebrew and shapes Arabic
better than FriBidi's presentation forms.

FriBidi is optional; without it, mixed strings render as before.

Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 4bdfb8604c CI: Only check out the FFmpeg libraries each build uses 
FFmpeg has prebuilt libraries for every platform, 1.5 GB, and every job checked
all of it out, taking 2-3 minutes. checkout-submodules.sh fetches the other
submodules as before, and FFmpeg as a partial clone with a sparse checkout of
the given folders, plus the source headers since some builds have the ffmpeg
folder on the include path. A Linux x86-64 build gets 67 MB. Alpine, which
builds FFmpeg itself, gets the sources and none of the libraries.

Henrik RydgårdandClaude Opus 5.5 3ad5657ff4 CI: Only save ccache on master, cap the AppImage one 
The Actions cache was full (10 GB), mostly with caches saved by PR runs that only
that PR could restore, and the AppImage ccache had no size limit. Master's got
evicted, so even master builds found no cache and hit 0.3% of the time. PRs
still restore master's.

Henrik Rydgård c93f7d2152 Github CI: Use pull_request_target instead of pull_request 
The idea is that PRs should build on CI even if there are conflicts.

This is useful for hotfix branches like v1.19.3-commits, where I
cherry-pick PRs from master to produce a new release without including

I'm testing it in that branch right now and it seems to work. I'm making
this a separate PR before including in the main branch, so you guys can
warn me in case this is a mistake somehow :)

I showed my changes to ChatGPT and it suggested adding the permissions
clause, not exactly sure why it's more needed now.
