Memstick: Ignore the back key while moving data
...
The Back choice is hidden during the move, but the key still closed the
screen. The destructor then blocked the UI thread until the move was
done, and FinishFolderMove() never ran, leaving the config pointing at
the old, now emptied folder.

Threading: Remove a level of indirection from Promise and Mailbox.
...
Makes using small copyable or POD objects in these more efficient, and if you want
to you can just put a pointer or smart pointer in there, which will
effectively do the same thing as the old setup.

the main screen needs a refresh.
