- Savedata list entries lost their directory across a load. Confirming a
delete in a list dialog loaded from a state failed with "delete failed"
and deleted nothing. LISTALLDELETE can't rebuild it from the names, so
it's saved now, with the broken flag.
- Registry values the game wrote (CLANNAD's font plugin registers its font
there) weren't saved, and a state without a sceReg section wiped them.
- Slots sharing the "no save" icon came back as separate images of one
texture, which Clear() then freed once per slot.
- Old directory states left a file opened with TRUNCATE due for truncation,
so it read as empty and was truncated on close. Old async IO states were
loaded on top of this session's results.
- From a broken or crafted state: OSK keyboard and Korean composition
indices, gamedata install file counts, font ownership modes (an internal
font could be deleted) and FontLib's per-font vector sizes.

- Loading a utility module without room for our (rough) memory block stored
(u32)-1 as its address, which av_atrac3plus then memset. It now loads
without the block, which HLE doesn't need.
- LoadNetModule's module id was unsigned, so a load error was passed on to
sceKernelStartModule as an id.
- The dialog helper threads put the game's priorities straight into ORI
immediates; ones that aren't a priority at all now fall back to 0x20.
- A fade never finished with an animSpeed of 0 or less.
- MsgDialog V3 button captions filling all 64 bytes ran on into the next
field.
- GamedataInstall: a file shorter than it claimed was retried forever, Abort
worked in any state and wrote through an unchecked pointer, and the game
and data names were read as C strings from fixed-size fields.
- NpSignin: a cancel was overwritten with SUCCESS in the same frame, so the
game saw a sign-in. The status is reset on start, so a reused struct no
longer hangs.
- Unloading av_atrac3plus never reached __AtracNotifyUnloadModule, leaving
the atrac state pointing at freed memory.

InitStart sizes: Netconf and NpSignin accepted any size, then wrote
common.size bytes back from a 64-68 byte host struct, copying host memory
into PSP RAM. GamedataInstall looked for install files before checking the
size, and the HtmlViewer read options before checking the whole request was
in memory. All the dialogs now check the address, then the sizes
sceUtility_Driver accepts (utility/dialog/sizes), before anything else, as
the firmware does (a bad address is INVALID_ADDRESS), and write back no more
than the struct.

Turns out these were needed after all. For some reason, on Windows and
Mac, <algorithm> gets auto-included by something else so I don't notice
when it's missing, and MSVC's include dependency tracker doesn't see it
either.
* Rename LogType to Log
* Explicitly use the Log:: enum when logging. Allows for autocomplete when editing.
* Mac/ARM64 buildfix
* Do the same with the hle result log macros
* Rename the log names to mixed case while at it.
* iOS buildfix
* Qt buildfix attempt, ARM32 buildfix
This gets rid of OpenWithError(), and just always returns a negative value
on error for OpenFile(). Also fixed the sequence rollover, which could've
returned 0.
0 should be considered a valid handle ideally, but left it never returning
0 to simplify cleanup in some areas.
