Henrik Rydgård 4665196535 iOS app store: Hide the "Set memoery stick" option in developer tools 
It's really not a good idea to change it.

In case someone does have a use case for it, we keep the option anyway,
but in developer tools, with a loud warning next to it.

Should help #18929 by reducing the number of people causing themselves trouble
with the option.

Henrik Rydgård 16a56aa18b Port over LunaMoo's compat flag for The Warriors video playback 
This reverts to the old behavior before we started parsing mpeg headers,
that is, in 558b462 which is part of #8867.

LunaMoo has this under "HackFixVideo" in his build.

See #8991. This doesn't really "fix" that, but works around it.
