avihal f8014654da GSdx: CRC hacks: duplicates/stuff:

- Console message for duplicate CRCs on our list.
- Removed trivial duplicates.
- Added some CRCs from comments on r5214
- Soul Calibur 2 now has the same crc hack as Soul Calibur 3.

We still need to address the following 7 duplicates (most were already there before r5214):
